How to stick to the vegan diet
The decision to start a new diet often draws attention from those around you. The last thing you need during this time is being bombarded with questions, particularly around your protein intake, low energy, etc. One of the wisest things to do is to avoid making big announcements and to just allow your body to get used to this new lack of animal products in your diet.
It is also important to create links with like-minded people, largely through social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). We also recommend that you have someone monitoring you, especially at the start, for instance a dietician who can advise you.
