  1. Hydrate: The more dehydrated you are, the smaller your veins are.
  2. Eat: Keep your blood sugar levels up so you feel comfortable during your treatment. The vitamins and minerals present in the IV might provoke nausea if suffused on an empty stomach.
  3. Get Moving: As we increase our movement, we generate heat, the more heat, the more our vessels dilate.

  2. Eat lightly: As you may experience slight dizziness, its recommended to avoid heavy foods. We suggest to eat lighter foods such as soup, cereal bar, a fruit or a smoothie and avoid spicy and very salty foods.
  3. Avoid the use of other dietary supplements after the IV treatment.

Healthy meals and snacks should form the foundation of the human diet. A simple way to create a meal plan is to make sure that each meal consists of 50 percent fruit and vegetables, 25 percent whole grains, and 25 percent protein. Total fiber intake should be 25–30 grams.

Self-monitoring is a critical factor in successfully losing weight. People can use a paper diary, mobile app, or dedicated website to record every item of food that they consume each day. They can also measure their progress by recording their weight on a weekly basis.
