We are very excited to announce that SYMMETRIA® has been awarded the International Prize for Excellence in Quality 2023 by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) in recognition of its outstanding business performance, best practices and consistency in quality of services locally as well as globally.

The award was received by none other than Dr. Nikos Metaxotos, MD, PhD, plastic surgeon and Founder of SYMMETRIA®.

The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) based in Lausanne (Switzerland) recognizes and highlights companies with top business performance and practices, quality value that have demonstrated great achievements in local and global markets. Through the programs and awards it has instituted, it aims to promote quality regardless of the sector, size or place of activity of each company or body. ESQR rewards companies with high performance and excellent organizational structure that focus on customer needs and encourages them to share their practices, experience and know-how. 

On the one hand, this recognition is a confirmation for the company's shareholders and customers, and on the other hand, it gives a strong incentive to the employees to pursue its sustainable development. The evaluation and award criteria are determined by the ESQR annual meeting organized in a major European city. Over the years these meetings have evolved into a global forum for the development of ideas, techniques and strategic plans which has managed to attract the interest of the heads of the largest companies.

The ceremony for the awarding of the International Prize for Excellence in Quality 2023 took place on Sunday, July 9 at the La Plaza Hotel in Brussels (Belgium). Renowned business leaders from different countries, academic experts, diplomats as well as public officials will attend. Leading organizations, public and private bodies from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and Australia received the International Prize for Excellence in Quality 2023 in recognition of their outstanding development efforts, overall business excellence and commitment to both their economic progress as well as the well-being of society as a whole. The ceremony started in the morning with the speeches of the heads of the participating agencies in which they had the opportunity to present and share the achievements of their group, exchange experiences and propose new initiatives that may form the basis for the creation of a global cooperation network. At the end of the day, the awards ceremony took place with all stakeholders renewing their commitment to business excellence and generating new innovative ideas for quality management strategies.
