Dr. Alexandra Nikita was admitted to the School of Medicine of the University of Athens from where she obtained her bachelor's degree and graduated in 1993. Later on, in 1998 she obtained her radio diagnostic specialty in the 2nd Radiology Laboratory of the Medical School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, Eugenidei Hospital). Dr. Alexandra Nikita is fluent in both languages English and French and she is also a member of Greek and international scientific societies. Since 2004 Dr. Alexandra Nikita is a doctor at the Medical School of the University of Athens. Furthermore, from May 2000 until august 2002 Dr. Alexandra Nikita was a Research Associate at the 2nd Laboratory of Radiology of the University of Athens, School of Medicine at the Eugenide Hospital. Additionally, from September 2002 until February 2007, she held the position of Special Scientist PD 407/80 at the same Laboratory

In June 2007, Dr. Alexandra Nikita completed her postgraduate training in breast diagnostic methods (mammography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, biopsies) at the University Radiology Department of the Polyclinico Tor Vergata Hospital in Rome.

Dr. Alexandra Nikita created a Medical Corporation of which she was the president and CEO for four years. Additionally, she also created a diagnostic center called "Diacentro" (with scientific responsibility) which she transferred in 2011 to the Multinational Medical Company "EUROMEDIC" (today AFFIDEA). Later on in March 2012, she attended the work of the Interventional Breast Imaging Department of Istituto Europeo di Oncologia (IEO) in Milan.
