Dr. Eleftherios Georgakopoulos was trained and got specialized in genetics and in Neurophysiology at the eminent University of Heidelberg Professor K.-H. Matzura. In addition to that, in neurophysiology, he was trained by the distinguished Professor of the School of Medicine M. Zimmerman. Besides that, he is also a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences, and he has collaborated in research and science with Nobel laureates in the fields of medicine and biology. Furthermore, Dr. Georgakopoulos has been active in the fields of biotechnology, molecular diagnostics, nanobiotechnology, and molecular applications. He holds 17 national and international patents and has been awarded numerous national and international awards.
