Dr. Eleni Galani has worked from 2001 up to 2004 in a paid position as a Senior Clinical Fellow at Guy's and St. Thomas Hospital in London, where she specialized in medical oncology. I. addition to that, since 2005 she has worked as a medical oncologist initially at Henry Dunant Hospital. From 2007 until today, Dr. Eleni Galani works at the 2nd Oncology Clinic at the Metropolitan Hospital.

Furthermore, Dr. Eleni Galani is a member of the following scientific committees: General Medical Council (GMC), the UK (registration number 6032207), Medical Association of Athens (registration number 055811), Hellenic Society of Medical Oncology (HESMO), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Medical Oncology Physicians Corporation of Greece (EOPE), Tumor markers Society (General Secretary).
